Where we ship

We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland.

How long delivery takes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 8–15 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

We ship directly from our supplier's warehouse rather than holding stock ourselves. That is what keeps the price where it is, and it is also why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you order.

Shipping cost

• $4.99 tracked shipping on orders under $30.00.
• Free tracked shipping on orders of $30.00 or more.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier, usually 2 to 4 days after you order. You can also look up your order any time on our order tracking page.

Tracking often shows no movement for the first 2–3 days after the label is created. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and import duties

Orders outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing can also add time beyond the estimates above.

Wrong address, or a parcel that never arrives

Contact us at support@iyloo.com within 24 hours of ordering if you entered the wrong address and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days, email us and we will replace the order or refund you in full.
